CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT We have developed our system over many years to manage the work, finances, and details of a project. Our fee for managing any project is based on a percentage of the costs, with all bookkeeping shared with the client. This creates a cooperative working relationship between the homeowner and us. We are happy to provide more information on how Construction Management could work for your project.

ENGINEERING As part of our design and permitting services, Fokine Construction works with licensed Professional Engineers to review and approve our structural specifications and building code compliance details.

PERMITTING No project can move forward without proper approvals. FCS provides the work to secure permits from New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), Suffolk County Department of Health Services, and Town building departments. When required, FCS will coordinate with surveyors, environmental consultants, and other experts to navigate the process and obtain variances and special permit approvals.
